In lieu of a keynote, for this gathering we would like to open the day with dance and celebration.

Danza Azteca group Huehuecoyotl practices every Thursday at 6:30pm in Harrison Park in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. Huehuecoyotl’s weekly practices are free and open to the entire family. Danza Azteca is an ancient tradition, a prayer in motion, which helps people live a more balanced life - physically, mentally and emotionally. Danza Azteca is the cultural inheritance of the descendents of mesoamerica’s first peoples, which they continue to teach today.
