  • Energy efficiency: Highly efficient building envelope, geothermal loop, and photovoltaic panels
  • Water efficiency: Water collection, conservation, reuse, and treatment strategies
  • Sustainability: Low carbon and non-toxic materials, rainwater gardens, and on-site urban agriculture
  • Open spaces: Flexible spaces that encourage collaboration
  • Daylight: Skylights to reduce energy consumption and create a more efficient learning environment
